Arbroath Smokies

Tony Stoat's PorridgeIain Spink is keeping the traditional taste of Arbroath Smokies alive and taking them to a new audience of consumers. He takes his old smokie barrels to Food Fairs, Highland Games and Game Fairs around the country and recreates the way smokies were made a century ago. It's a simple product- just fresh haddock and wood smoke but it tastes absolutely delicious. "When people taste these Smokies they encounter flavour and freshness that is simply unbeatable", says Iain.
