Trusty Crust Bakery is a small artisan business based in a small village in East Lothian. Every day, breads, bakery products, pastries and cakes are hand crafted using traditional skills. Local butter and organic eggs are used and absolutely no chemicals or artificial flavourings or preservatives are allowed. "When people who are used to mass produced supermarket bread first sample our products they immediately notice an instant difference in taste and they keep coming back for more", says owner Val Shields.
