Edinburgh based Fraser loves jam and started making it at the age of 14, according to his Gran's traditional recipe. Realising all the sugar was unhealthy, Fraser experimented and came up with a range of fruit spreads using grape juice as the sweetener. SuperJam was born. Now aged 18, Fraser has won a number of prestigious awards and his product is on sale in Waitrose.
